Vacuum lamination is the process of bending and shaping wood laminates, mainly thin plywood, MDF or constructional veneers, in a vacuum press utilising atmospheric pressure to create intricate, curved shapes that would otherwise be difficult, time-consuming, and therefore expensive to manufacture by other means.

By working with Bagpress, experts in curved laminations using vacuum pressing on polystyrene moulds, and using our own large vacuum press and 4-axis CNC hot wire cutter, we now offer:

• Flat and Curved Veneering: Including advanced veneer matching for complex projects to create specific visual effects.
