Chilfen Joinery manufactured a substantial wardrobe door package as part of a residential high-rise development, with a total scope of 1,200 doors.

The doors were produced using moisture-resistant MDF, selected to support a smooth, high-quality finish. Each door incorporated CNC-machined V-grooves and recessed handles, creating a clean and consistent appearance across the full package.

The doors were finished in a fire-rated lacquer to meet the project’s surface spread requirements while achieving the refined finish expected for a residential development of this scale.

Our customer was delighted with the completed finish of the wardrobe doors.
