Sea Containers House is a noted and prominent landmark located in London’s South Bank area along the path of the river Thames. The east and west wings have recently undergone major restoration, designed and refurbished into contemporary and cutting edge office spaces. Chilfen Joinery were appointed to manufacture and install joinery and furniture, working across 12 floors in the head office for Ogilvy & Mathers UK.

Working alongside our client Structuretone and BDG Architects we produced and installed various joinery and furniture solutions throughout the building. Coordinating with other trades and specialist fitters such as structural engineers and structural steel workers, we were able to produce some impressive end results, combining the latest technologies and finishes with traditional skills.

Chilfen were honoured to work on such a prestigious project and in such a fantastic, diverse building with such a strong and historic presence on the London landscape.
