Chifen Joinery were appointed as the joinery supplier for this London property which was being completely refurbished by the current owners. Chilfen worked from the outset with the client from design to completion to deliver kitchen, wardrobes, storage cupboards, shelving units and bathroom vanity units.

The homeowner, Adam Pearce outlined Chilfen’s approach to their work:

“We wanted the highest quality joinery for our London home renovation including a large, modern centre-piece kitchen. Our architect recommended Chilfen and after we saw examples of their work at a grand central London residential property and toured their impressive production facility, we decided to go with them.

We had a fixed timetable to meet linked to the end of a rental contract but Chilfen’s detailed project plans and project manager gave us every confidence we would be in on time. And we were.

The draft designs provided by Chilfen – kitchen, bedroom wardrobes, sitting room shelves, bathroom cabinetry, utility room etc – were very detailed and helped my wife and I visualise what we would get. The design process also permitted us clear time windows to add our special requests to the design. Importantly, as we were keen to make the right choice of Kitchen cabinetry colour, Chilfen made up various samples for us of the colours we were considering.

They even used bespoke colours from a boutique colourist / paint creator – and found extra flexibility on the colour choice deadline to give as extra days to sleep on our final choice.
