Chilfen Joinery manufactured a series of tea point island units for a commercial project, incorporating formed curved ends as a key feature of the design.
The curved sections were constructed in modules using a vacuum process system. CAD design supported the development of the units before they progressed through manufacture and finishing.
The units were factory sprayed and burnished to achieve the specified high-gloss finish, demonstrating Chilfen’s capabilities in curved panel manufacture and specialist finishing.
