Following the ongoing global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we would like to inform our customers that we are currently operating on a much reduced scale. We will continue to fulfil new orders, however, please be aware that these may take a little longer to process and deliver. We will, of course, remain in communication with you and keep you fully updated on the status of your order. We will also keep you apprised of any significant changes in our operations.
Please ensure that when you place an order, you have sufficient staff available to accept the delivery. You are also welcome to collect orders directly from us – please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time. All orders collected in person must be from our production facility in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
The wellbeing of our staff, their families and our customers remains of paramount importance to us. Every measure is being taken to ensure the health and safety of all, including social distancing and maintaining strict hygiene standards within the workplace, in line with the latest guidance provided by the UK Government and Public Health England.
